ที่ปรึกษา รมว.ท่องเที่ยวฯ เปิดศึกไอซ์สเก็ตเอเชียที่กรุงเทพฯ ชูไทยศูนย์กลางกีฬาฤดูหนาวในภูมิภาค หนุนเยาวชนก้าวสู่เวทีโลก

วันที่ 4 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 13.00 น. นางสาวประเมิน รักนาค ที่ปรึกษารัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดการแข่งขันกีฬาสเก็ตน้ำแข็งระดับเอเชีย รายการ “2026 Theater of Dream Figure Skating in Bangkok” ครั้งที่ 3 ณ สนามฮอกกี้น้ำแข็ง Thailand International Ice Hockey Arena กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมีคณะกรรมการจัดการแข่งขัน นักกีฬา ผู้ฝึกสอน ผู้ปกครอง และผู้มีเกียรติเข้าร่วมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง ทั้งนี้ การแข่งขันจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 4–5 กรกฎาคม 2569

นางสาวประเมิน กล่าวว่า กระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬาให้ความสำคัญกับการส่งเสริมกีฬาในทุกมิติ รวมถึงกีฬาฤดูหนาว ซึ่งแม้ประเทศไทยจะเป็นประเทศในเขตร้อน แต่ในช่วงหลายปีที่ผ่านมา นักกีฬาไทยสามารถพัฒนาศักยภาพและสร้างผลงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ทั้งในกีฬาฟิกเกอร์สเก็ต สปีดสเก็ตติ้ง และฮอกกี้น้ำแข็ง สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่นของนักกีฬา ผู้ฝึกสอน และทุกภาคส่วนที่ร่วมกันผลักดันวงการกีฬาของประเทศ

ที่ปรึกษารัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา กล่าวว่า การแข่งขันครั้งนี้ได้รับการรับรองจาก ISI ASIA (Ice Skating Institute Asia) นับเป็นเวทีสำคัญที่เปิดโอกาสให้เยาวชนได้พัฒนาทักษะ แลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ และสร้างมิตรภาพกับนักกีฬาจากนานาประเทศ โดยปีนี้มีนักกีฬาเข้าร่วมจาก 5 ประเทศ ได้แก่ จีน มาเลเซีย อินโดนีเซีย สิงคโปร์ และประเทศไทย รวมผู้เข้าแข่งขันกว่า 300 คน ชิงชัยในกว่า 600 รายการแข่งขัน

“การแข่งขันครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงเป็นเวทีแสดงศักยภาพของนักกีฬารุ่นเยาว์เท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นแรงบันดาลใจให้เด็กและเยาวชนหันมาออกกำลังกาย ใช้เวลาว่างให้เกิดประโยชน์ มีระเบียบวินัย รู้จักความสามัคคี และเติบโตเป็นกำลังสำคัญของประเทศในอนาคต อีกทั้งยังเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการพัฒนาสู่การเป็นนักกีฬาทีมชาติและการแข่งขันระดับนานาชาติในอนาคต” นางสาวประเมิน กล่าว

นางสาวประเมิน กล่าวเพิ่มเติมว่า การเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาระดับนานาชาติครั้งนี้ ยังสะท้อนศักยภาพของประเทศไทยในการรองรับการแข่งขันกีฬามาตรฐานสากล และสอดคล้องกับนโยบายของกระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬาในการผลักดัน Sports Tourism เพื่อใช้กิจกรรมกีฬาเป็นกลไกสร้างมูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจ กระตุ้นการเดินทางของนักกีฬา ผู้ติดตาม และนักท่องเที่ยวจากต่างประเทศ ควบคู่กับการยกระดับภาพลักษณ์ประเทศไทยให้เป็นศูนย์กลางการจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาในภูมิภาค

“ประเทศไทยอาจเป็นเมืองร้อน แต่ความมุ่งมั่นและศักยภาพของเยาวชนไทยไม่มีขีดจำกัด เราพร้อมสนับสนุนให้เด็กและเยาวชนก้าวสู่เวทีระดับโลก พร้อมสร้างชื่อเสียงให้ประเทศ และพิสูจน์ให้เห็นว่าไทยสามารถพัฒนากีฬาฤดูหนาวได้อย่างมีคุณภาพไม่แพ้ชาติใด” นางสาวประเมิน กล่าวทิ้งท้าย

Advisor to the Minister of Tourism and Sports Opens Asian Figure Skating Competition in Bangkok, Highlighting Thailand as a Regional Winter Sports Hub and Supporting Youth Development on the World Stage

On July 4, 2026, at 1:00 PM, Ms. Pramoen Raknak, Advisor to the Minister of Tourism and Sports, presided over the opening ceremony of the 3rd Asian Figure Skating Competition, “2026 Theater of Dream Figure Skating in Bangkok,” at the Thailand International Ice Hockey Arena in Bangkok. The event was attended by the organizing committee, athletes, coaches, parents, and distinguished guests. The competition will be held from July 4-5, 2026.

Ms. Pramoen stated that the Ministry of Tourism and Sports prioritizes promoting sports in all dimensions, including winter sports. Although Thailand is a tropical country, in recent years, Thai athletes have consistently developed their potential and achieved success in figure skating, speed skating, and ice hockey, reflecting the dedication of athletes, coaches, and all sectors that have worked together to push the country’s sports industry forward.

The Advisor to the Minister of Tourism and Sports added that this competition is certified by ISI ASIA (Ice Skating Institute Asia), making it an important platform for youth to develop skills and exchange experiences. And it fosters friendships with athletes from various countries. This year, athletes from five countries are participating: China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand, with over 300 competitors vying for more than 600 events.

“This competition is not only a platform to showcase the potential of young athletes, but also an inspiration for children and youth to exercise, use their free time productively, develop discipline, learn about teamwork, and grow into important contributors to the country in the future. It is also an important step in developing them into national team athletes and competing at the international level in the future,” said Ms. Pramein.
Ms. Pramein added that hosting this international sporting event reflects Thailand’s potential to host international standard sporting events and aligns with the Ministry of Tourism and Sports’ policy of promoting Sports Tourism to use sports activities as a mechanism to create economic value, stimulate travel by athletes, their entourages, and tourists from abroad, while simultaneously enhancing Thailand’s image as a regional hub for sporting events.

“Thailand may be a tropical country, but the determination and potential of Thai youth are limitless. We are ready to support children and youth to step onto the world stage, bring fame to the country, and prove that Thailand can develop quality winter sports on par with any other nation,” Ms. Pramein concluded.
