MICE Profile Spotlight – Ms Supanich Thiansing

Ms. Jetsumon Sumayteepradit met Ms. Supanich Thiansing, Director, Meetings and Incentives Department Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) at IT&CMA & CTW Asia-Pacific 2025, Bangkok.

Ms. Supanich Thiansing has been with the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) since 2008, bringing more than 24 years of professional experience to her role. Prior to joining TCEB, she worked extensively with leading multinational corporations, gaining a strong foundation in international business and corporate leadership.

As Director of the Meetings and Incentives Department, Ms Supanich Thiansing plays a pivotal role in steering Thailand’s MICE industry. Her leadership focuses on enhancing the country’s position as a premier global destination for meetings and incentives, with an emphasis on innovation in program design, sustainable growth strategies, and global competitiveness.

She has spearheaded major initiatives such as the MI Plus Thailand Road Show and actively champions Thailand’s “3Ls” framework: Larger than Life – creating extraordinary, memorable experiences; Localized – engaging with local communities and culture; and Lasting Change – ensuring positive and sustainable impact. These initiatives highlight her commitment to meaningful, purpose-driven MICE experiences.

Ms Thiansing has also led roadshows and marketing efforts across Asia and beyond, promoting Thailand’s MICE brand on the world stage. She serves as an advisor to SITE Thailand, reinforcing collaboration between public and private sectors while supporting professional development in the industry.

A strong advocate for ESG-conscious event design, she focuses on reducing food waste, utilizing local resources, measuring and tracking green event metrics, and aligning with global sustainability standards. Her vision continues to position Thailand as a leader in responsible, innovative, and world-class MICE experiences.
