Samut Prakan Education Office Reviews License Transfer for Gangamon Tutor School

Gangamon Tutor School, 17 November 2025 – Ms. Narinrat Seekaewnamsai, Samut Prakan Provincial Education Officer, assigned Ms. Jetsumon Sumetheepradit, Deputy Provincial Education Officer, The Ministry of Education in Thailand, together with the appointed committee, to conduct an inspection for the application to transfer the license to establish Gangamon Tutor School in Mueang Samut Prakan District in Thailand.

The review followed the Samut Prakan Provincial Education Office Order No. 122/2568, dated 3 November 2025. The team assessed the school’s readiness and suitability for license transfer in accordance with the Private Schools Act B.E. 2550 (2007) and its amendments (Edition 2) B.E. 2554 (2011), along with the 2018 Announcement of the Private Education Promotion Committee outlining criteria and procedures for transferring licenses to establish private schools, and other relevant regulations.

This inspection ensures that all educational institutions operating within the province meet required standards and comply with national education laws.
